I've moved on from this xanga, as you can see.
It's entirely for personal reasons, not just because I felt like it.

In any way, this is no longer active.
You may or may not find my new one, but if you look, it's quite easy to find.
I've resubscribed to pretty much everyone I used to read, and if I haven't, then I'll probably get around to it eventually.

Peace.

It's a snaaaaaaaake...

So, today, I was sitting in my room, just doing what I normally do, and my sister comes in my room telling me there's a snake on the house. Well, I go over with my camera to look (the batteries were dead @@;;), and yes, there happens to be a bigass snake on the house. I was thinking it was just a little skinny thing, but it was a good 4-5ft when fully extended. After pondering it for a little while and calling my mom up to take a look at it, we realized that it was after the baby birds in the gutters.

And see, we just saved one of the ones in this picture. He/she fell out, two stories down, and we had to put it back up in there (while wearing dirt-smelling gloves). Oh, and these are mockingbirds (thanks, Ashley), because I finally got a look at some of the parent birds. We have several little nests like these in the gutters, which would explain why there was a 5ft long snake on the side of our house, which is no easy feat.

Y'see that? That's my house. I think the only way a snake could have possibly gotten on to the roof (as there are no trees that have branches even close to the roof anymore) is it had to have climbed up one of the gutter pipes, some how. No idea. Unless snakes are able to climb up brick, which would be really new information to me. Oh, but the snake was on the back of the house, and this is the front. Same stuff applies, though.
USELESS INFORMATION TIDBIT: That top bay window on the right is mine! ^__^

So here's our pal, the snake. We knocked him off the roof (a good 30 ft. on to a wooden deck) with my bo staff, and he slithered his way over to a gutter pipe again to make his ascent again. So, we flung him out in to the woods. He wasn't poisonous, and other than trying to kill the baby mockingbirds, he was really doing no harm.
That's all that really happened today other than me going to work out. Oh well.

    Away I go!

Currently Reading: Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs

So now it's summer vacation...

What do I do?

Nothing. :D
So I went outside and took really random shots of myself. Narcisstic, I know.

BOOBIE VISION!! @__@;;;

Welcome to the boredom of summer.

Oh, and this just came out cool. Just, y'know, throwing that out there.

Jesus, I need something to do. At least my exams, so far, have come out decently. I still have an A average for the year, but I won't know if I got in to AP English or not until what's-his-face finishes grading our exams. It could be a while. All my other grades are in... >.> Bah.

Oh, and by the way. I had a motorcycle accident a few days ago, and it left the absolute coolest bruise ever. What happened was there was a drainage ditch that I didn't see, so I slammed on the brakes and flew over the handle bars. I caught the hand brake on my leg on the way down, and I got a puncture wound from it. Anywho, here it is.
If that's not the prettiest bruise ever, I don't know what is. It looks even better in person, too.

And thus concludes a rather random, picture-y entry.

Currently Listening: Chutes Too Narrow
- Kissing the Lipless

Gah.

Alright, I know I said I'd update, and I'm getting there. It's not that anyone actually reads this thing, but in some way I feel I owe it to myself to actually commit to something I said I would. Hell, I don't know. Just here's an entry sort've.
    So, all this amounts to...is...

A birdy!

I found this little guy in my front yard the other day, hopping around idly, and I'm not sure what kind of bird he is. If anyone knows, lemme know. I think I'm gonna attach this picture to an email and send it over on to OKinney.

Exams are going decently. Maybe I'll actually have a high enough GPA to drag myself in to UGA. Hell, maybe I could actually develop some sort of self-esteem through this semester's grades. Chances are, probably not, but at least I have the summer to piss away at the keyboard or out taking pictures of strangers in the street. Whatever passes borderline 3 months the quickest.

I don't update much.

Meh. I'll probably get back in to obsessively blogging once school gets out.
We only have a week left of classes, so y'know...
Yay.

Then it's summer boredom! Hooray!
